Refund and Returns Policy
1. We Accept No Return, Exchange or Refund.
2. Although, if you have received Damaged / Missing / or Wrong product then your order will be eligible for exchange subject to the availability of a proper unboxing video.
3. We Need Proper Unboxing Video i.e. from Sealed package till the damage is shown in the video without any cut.
4. Without any unboxing Video or if the Video is improper, then no return/refund claims will be entertained at any cost.
5. Unboxing Video should be sent within 48hrs after receiving the parcel.
6. Once you are eligible for Exchange we will send you the Shipping Label from our side and you have to pack the Damaged items just like you received and send it to us.
7. Once we receive the damaged item we will dispatch the new product from our side.
8. If the same item is not available for exchange you can select other items from our collection or your amount will be refunded by us.
